One year later

On October 20th of 2020 I decided to leave my very challenging, yet rewarding job with a big Pharma company in Greenville. The long twelve hour shifts along with the oyster farming were starting to wear me down. Being able to put all my efforts into raising North Carolina Oysters this past year has paid off. I feel that I am putting out the best product in four years right now. We have accomplished so much in the past twelve months. Our market in Raleigh keeps expanding and we now have a strong market here in the Beaufort/Morehead City area. My awesome wife Tammye, figured out how to get us moved down here only ten months after leaving my corporate job. I was hoping to get down here within two years. We are looking forward to producing quality NC Oysters for years to come.
