Free oyster samples?

We had such a great time this past Saturday at the Olde Beaufort Farmers Market under the Live Oak trees at the courthouse in Beaufort. We were blessed with perfect weather. We met so many new people, enjoyed the East Carteret marching band’s music and felt the sense of community that is so strong here. I shucked raw oyster samples for anyone who wanted to try our Beaufort Briny oysters. We plan on attending the Market every week that we have oysters available.
